I will not try to tell you that following my program you will loose a lot of weight. What I will tell you is that you will feel better after 2 or 3 weeks of practice on the daily basis. Those exercises will prepare you for your day at work or school. After several weeks it will also give you a foundation for any physical activity you may choose to do.
Start with "Yoga in 5 minutes". When you are ready move on to the regular Yoga workout for which you will need to reserve 20-25 minutes.
