My 20 minutes to health

Many of us, especially as we get older, look for an easy fix to our health problems.

Let me present here my morning routine. I do those exercises in the morning as a warm-up for the day. They give me energy for the day and for my other workouts.

Every other day I do either Yoga or Pilates. For example: on Monday, Wednesday & Friday I will do Yoga. On Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday I will do Pilates. One day a week I do completely nothing.

There are weeks when every day I do Yoga, and sometimes, when I am late I will do 5-minute routine.
