Neck Bending

1. Bend your head back. Inhale.
2. Bend your head forward. Exhale.
3. Repeat 3 times.


Side stretch

1. Sit straight up in your chair.
2. Raise your right hand. Lean to your left while your chest faces front.
3. Hold for 2 breaths.
4. Come back. Raise your left hand. Lean to your right while your chest faces front.
5. Hold for 2 breaths.
6. Repeat 2 times.
