- Sit with your legs out in front of you.
- Exhale, bend your knees and pull your heels toward your center.
- Put the soles of your feet together.
- Grasp the big toe, or ankle, of each foot. Let your legs open up.
- Instead of forcing your knees down you can lean forward with your torso. This movement will help open up your hips by gently pushing your knees down.
- Stay in the Angle Pose for 30 seconds.
- Inhale. Extend your legs in front of you.
