Bound Angle Pose


  • Sit with your legs out in front of you.
  • Exhale, bend your knees and pull your heels toward your center. 
  • Put the soles of your feet together.
  • Grasp the big toe, or ankle, of each foot. Let your legs open up. 
  • Instead of forcing your knees down you can lean forward with your torso. This movement will help open up your hips by gently pushing your knees down.
  • Stay in the Angle Pose for 30 seconds.
  • Inhale. Extend your legs in front of you.
