Benefits of Yoga: It will make you happy

Yoga is good for stress relief and relaxation. Recent studies have shown that continued yoga practice alters the chemistry of the brain helping to improve your mood.

Let's hope that is true. There are way too many depressed people around the world.

In my on experience I must say that everyday yoga did bring some measure of stress relief and I do enjoy my 15 minute workouts.
