If You Sit All Day Long, do this....

This simple seated stretch will free up the backs of your legs, which are often tight after sitting at a desk or behind the wheel of a car for long periods of time.

BTW: While at work get up from your desk at least once every hour and walk around the office: to the coffee machine, fax and/or anything else. The point is that you move around.
