How to lose weight

Can you loose weight with Yoga? The answer is yes. You will be hard pressed to find overweight yogis. You may find few of them on the plus side but only few.

Yoga is not a cardio workout. It is a gentle exercise that works on all your muscles and some organs as well. If you choose Yoga as a lifestyle you are almost guarantied to loose weight and/or stabilize it.

Yoga will make you a happier person and sooner or later you will be more active and maybe even start other workouts. Practicing Yoga will protect you from injuries and strain while doing other sports.
