Full Boat Pose

Sit on the floor with your legs in front of you. Knees can be lightly bent. Lean back slightly and extend your arms in front of you. Lift your legs and straighten them so they are plus/minus 45 degrees from the floor.

If you ever “google” this pose and look at the images the search returns, you will see that there are many ways to get into this pose. Each one is correct. The differences are the result of differences in our bodies and how we accomplish the balance.

Because the balance is not that easy, your pose may look differently every time you try.

Stay in the Full Boat Pose from 10 seconds to 1 minute.
