Head to the Knee



  • Sit with straight legs in front of you.
  • Pull the left leg to the center and place the foot sole lightly against the inner thigh of the right leg so the shin is at a right angle to the right leg.
  • While holding the left ankle with the left hand grab the right ankle with the other hand. Pull your head to the right knee. Hold for 5-10 seconds.
  • Repeat on other side.
