Breaking news: yoga contributes to improving health and well being

I never get tired of reporting (or do I?) that someone, somewhere discovered that Yoga can improve your health. I find it amazing how amazed they are at their findings.

But I will keep reporting on that, because there are so many people who still have doubts and the more proofs we have the better. It doesn't help when some yoga enthusiasts treat yoga as religion and try to push it on unsuspecting people.

Here it is:
According to a study by open-access scientific journal PLOS ONE, yoga and other mind-body intervention techniques, used to enhance the mind’s capacity to affect the body’s symptoms, can help reduce stress, build resiliency and reduce time and money spent in health care facilities.
